Bio

Emily Neitzel is a 2025 graduate of Belmont University College of Law where she was a member of Christian Legal Society. Prior to law school, Emily graduated magna cum laude from Iowa State University in 2022, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English and Technical Communications with a Minor in Business Administration and Spanish.  Emily joined the firm as an associate upon graduation from law school. She practices in health care operations law, representing hospitals and health systems throughout the United States in matters concerning peer review, credentialing, practitioner discipline and corrective action, fair hearings, EMTALA, CMS and Accreditation Body compliance, board and medical staff bylaws, and various contractual issues.
