P. Kelsey Boyle



Kelsey Boyle graduated cum laude from Methodist University in 2008, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Financial Economics. While at Methodist, he also completed the Professional Golf Management Program attaining Class A PGA Professional status. Kelsey received his law degree from Belmont University, graduating as a member of the Charter Class in 2014.  While in law school, he earned a Certificate in Health Care Law and also served as President of the Student Health Lawyers Association. Kelsey became a clerk at the firm in 2014, and after graduation he joined the firm as an associate.  Kelsey focuses his practice primarily in the area of healthcare operations law, representing hospitals throughout the United States in matters concerning peer review, credentialing, HIPAA, EMTALA, Joint Commission accreditation, board and medical staff bylaws, Anti-Kickback Statute/Stark compliance and various contractual issues.  He is presently a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Health Law Section, American Health Lawyers Association, and Williamson County Bar Association.
