Bio

Andrew J. Druffel graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2020, where he was a founding member of the school’s local chapter for the American Health Law Association. Andrew joined the firm in 2022 as a healthcare associate and brings a year of business and commercial litigation experience to the firm. Andrew focuses his practice on health care operations law, where he represents hospitals throughout the United States in matters concerning peer review, credentialing, fair hearings, HIPAA, EMTALA, Joint Commission accreditation, board and medical staff bylaws, and various contractual issues. Andrew’s practice occasionally extends to municipal law and matters involving nursing home operations and medical staff. Andrew is a member of the American Health Law Association, the Nashville Council of Health Care Attorneys, the Tennessee Bar Association; the Young Lawyers Division, the American Bar Association, and the Williamson County Bar Association. Andrew received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2017.
