Buerger, Moseley & Carson is one of the oldest law firms in Williamson County, Tennessee. Since its inception in 1973, the firm has represented businesses, governmental entities, health care organizations and other clients in legal matters ranging from business formation to litigation.

The firm’s health care practice began in 1978 with the representation of the local hospital. Since that time the practice has grown to representing approximately 200 medical care facilities across the country. The firm currently works with Community Health Systems, LifePoint Hospitals, RegionalCare Hospital Partners, Erlanger Health System, Merit Health Systems, LLC, Iasis Healthcare Corporation, Capella Healthcare, Cogent Healthcare, Health Management Associates, Inc. and others while continuing to represent Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee and other individual non-profit and governmental facilities. While the majority of its practice consists of advising hospitals, the firm also provides counsel to ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies and other entities. For its health care clients, the firm offers operational advice and services on legal issues that are unique to health care organizations.

Buerger, Moseley & Carson has served as counsel for Williamson County, Tennessee for almost thirty years. The firm also represents other public sector entities, including the Williamson County Industrial Development Corporation, Kenton Special School District, and first responder organizations and volunteer fire departments across the state.
